Support is here.

I’m Kristen and I’m happy to meet you.

I believe in paying it forward and look forward to sharing the wealth!

I’ve learned from many talented mentors in my 20 years of fundraising experience.

I have worked with small and large foundations and organizations to structure, implement, and monitor multiple forms of giving. In addition to successfully nurturing many large donations from independent donors, I’ve also navigated group leadership, group management, grant making. gift planning, and donor relations. Eager to teach the strategies and development tools that have guided my success, my consulting vision incorporates gratitude for what others have taught me throughout my career into my current service offerings.

I’m most passionate about empowering others and helping grow an effective, equitable, and sustainable fundraising community. Many of my roles have been dedicated to strategic philanthropy in higher education and my passions include seeking aid and equity in domestic violence, education, housing and racial justice.

In my free time, you can find me reading, walking my dogs, traveling, and baking.

A Guide to Lead Your Fundraising Journey

I’ve spent many years learning from generous teachers. My path has been made much easier because of the knowledge my mentors have shared with me.

I hope to offer similar support to those who choose to work with me.

I believe that if we work together, we can strengthen the greater fundraising community.

My brandmark (as seen on the left) combines a compass and a coin to represent the combination of guidance and fundraising within my work.

I choose to give back, pay it forward, and grow along with you!

I spend a lot of time on the lake pictured above in upstate WI appreciating its beauty.

“What is success?
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate the beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch Or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.”
